A ferret's life is very suprizing. Ferrets were used for hunting,and still are used for hunting. Ferrets are related to many other animals.       Their average height is 1 to 2 feet. The weigh from 5to10 pounds.They have yellowish eyes.They usally have brown toblack fur.They have long bodies . Tails they have round ears and feet.  If you give them something they will hide it. They have a bad odor.That is why they are usually outdoor pets.  There are cousins to the Weasles and related to the polecats.They are native to Africa and Asia.  Maybe now you think  ferrets are pretty suprizing.
