There are five  different  species  of  hamsters. They  are  common  rodents and  common pets. Hamsters  are  twelve  inches  long. Usually  baby hamsters  are  three  cm   long. Some can be  as  long as your  middle finger. The  biggest  hamster  can  get as big as 13 inches  long. They  save food  in  their cheek pouches. They hide it all over there cage for later in the day.  Hamsters  live  in  the wild too.  Some hamsters live in  households for pets.
