ASL Competition: Intellectual Gold

The Academic Sports League completes the concept of human competition. Physical competitiveness is found on the extracurricular playing field; cultural competitiveness, in the form of music and band competitions, has also been moved to the extracurricular playing field. Now is the time to satisfy the need for intellectual competitiveness by forming academic teams to participate on the extracurricular playing field of the Academic Sports League.

The Academic Sports League, a program for students in grades 9-12 with all grade point averages, is an initiative in curriculum and instruction that presents a strategy for redesigning the educational system. It provides the structure to transform students’ lives. It is a common-sense way of orienting our children toward a productive intellectual life.

The Erie School District’s 14th Annual ASL SCHOLARSHIP OPEN, sponsored by Roth Marz Partnership P.C., provides the support necessary to raise funds for student scholarships. All monies raised through the ASL SCHOLARSHIP OPEN go directly to deserving students to enhance their financial ability to successfully complete college. Your participation and contribution help send the right message to conscientious, academically oriented students that school does pay. On behalf of the participating school districts and Roth Marz Partnership P.C., we look forward to your participation so that the next generation of leaders can benefit from your continued support.
