The Mystery of the Dragon

"Dragons lived very,
very long ago. I have been living in a deep, dark cave under the
Bayfront Highway all of these years. I left the cave late one night
because of all the noise the construction workers made during the day,
working on the highway. I was walking along the dusty Bayfront Highway
when I accidentally sneezed and scorched the wall. I was very hungry.
I walked until I saw your school. I was so excited, I tried to fit
through the door, but I could not. So I pushed until I fell into
the cafeteria. That's when the wall broke."
The dragon finished his story. Then he asked to be the school's
mascot.
He helped to straighten the flag pole and he helped put up a new fence.
