On March 2, 2005 Jefferson Elementary celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday with the Reading Cafe.  Local celebraties took time out of their busy day to read to the students of Jefferson Elementary School.  Teresa's deli provided the students with their own green eggs and ham.
