Hello Boys and Girls!


Thank you for visiting my web page! I have included some "healthy hints" for all of you to remember in order to keep your bodies strong and healthy!


Eating Breakfast: Your body is "empty" in the morning. It needs "gas" to run on! Your body will have to wait a long time until it is lunch time at school! You can't run to the kitchen when you need a snack. Eat something at home or come to school for breakfast. Breakfast starts at 8:00 and ends at 8:20 every morning.


Healthy Teeth: Brush your teeth every night before you go to sleep and when you wake up. When you are at home, you should brush your teeth after every meal. At school, take a drink of water after you eat to wash your teeth. Brush your teeth with water if you run out of toothpaste at home!


Keeping Clean: More sickness can be prevented by washing your hands than by any other way! Here's the way to do it: use water to wet your hands, add the soap, SCRUB your hands (front to back), and then rinse.


Getting Your Rest: Go to bed when your parents tell you. Students need to rest their brains at night so they can exercise them at school. Every student at Pfeiffer-Burleigh should be in bed by 9 o'clock on a school night!
