As the Educational Specialist, I am very fortunate to be able to see Perry from many exciting angles. As a former classroom teacher, it was difficult to really appreciate all the wonderful and diverse educational opportunities awarded to students at Perry School. Now, however, I can observe them for myself and participate in activities with students of multiple ages and levels. Assisting Mr. Sabol with office and discipline issues allows me to connect with students to help them realize that success both in the classroom and in life depends on proper and respectful behavior. Academic achievement for all students, our primary goal, is a main focus as I work on analyzing test results and help teachers plan their instruction accordingly. I look forward to many exciting opportunities to work with the wonderful students, faculty, and staff of Perry School in this new position.
