Back 2 School Free Haircut Day

Back 2 School Free Haircut Day, organized by entrepreneur Michael Hooks, is a special event that now marks the beginning of the school year for so many children and their parents in the Erie Area. Last year, over 1000 boys and girls received a haircut, a backpack, and books.
