Welcome back! We are ready for a great year in Grade 5.
Be prepared to work hard, but have fun also.

PBS is back! We will be following the PBS expectations this year in grade 5. We can't wait to be handing out those Dragons Dollars and working our way toward our first reward. We are well on our way to 1000!

First quarter has ended and we move ahead into second quarter. Please remember that as content gets more difficult, students need to remain focused, ask for help, complete homework, and come to special help as needed. Special help 2:30-3:10 every Thursday. Being in class is the best way to be successful, so be on time and be here! It is difficult to make up class work as discussions and group work is hard to do on one's own.

Class DOJO is another way to contact me. Please have your student ask for your sign in ID if you do not have one.

Science- Variables unit which runs until January and includes variables and controlled experiments - vocabulary will be posted on Class DOJO as we go and here as well.
