     Make sure you are getting 60 minutes of exercise a day and eating a well balanced healthy diet.  Some things that you can do for exercise are walking, riding your bike, playing outdoor sports.  Make sure when you are outside you practice social distancing, staying at least six feet away from friends or neighbors.  If you are stuck inside you can do sit ups, push ups, stretches, help with chores around the house and there are many YouTube exercise videos, type in Let's Dance, Easy Peasy Tv, Yoga, PE chef, Brian Bites for fitness, Glenn Higgins Fitness are just a few exercise sites for kids on YouTube.  Make sure you find time to exercise it is very important to keep your body and mind healthy.  Remember wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds after playing outside or touching surfaces.
