To stay physically fit it is important to stay ACTIVE for 60 minutes everyday! I have given you a MARCH & APRIL calender with ideas to keep you active each day with a variety of exercises. Please click on the March and April calendar ideas to view them (found in class resourses).
The web resources are tools that lead you through some exercises. Each of you know are daily warmup-start each day with that and you will be on the right track!
