    To stay physically fit it is important to stay ACTIVE for 60 minutes everyday!  I have given you a MARCH & APRIL calender with ideas to keep you active each day with a variety of exercises.  Please click on the March and April calendar ideas to view them (found in class resourses).

    .  The E-packet is for March and the April Log is for April.  If you don't have a printer, just write the logs and question/answers on lined paper.   The web resources are tools that lead you through some exercises.  Each of you know are daily warmup-start each day with that and you will be on the right track!  I miss each and every one of you!  STAY ACTIVE and HEALTHY.
