    Hello students and families,

     

    First and foremost, allow me to send out positive thoughts to everyone at this time.  I hope you and your families are staying safe.  We have all heard the safety guidelines to follow during this health crisis.  Beyond sneezing in your sleeve, disinfecting surfaces, and social distancing from others; there are additional things you can do to fight the infection.  Physical activity is not only important to staying strong but also will help with mental stamina as well.  Please remember the importance of staying hydrated and getting plenty of rest during this time.  Having proper vitamins and minerals are also imperative in staying healthy.  This is not the time to skip on fruits and vegetables.  Following proper physical activity, nutrition, hydration guidelines and getting plenty of rest are the foundation of strengthening our immune system which is responsible for fighting numerous illness and diseases.

    Finally, please remember this is a stressful time for everyone.  Please practice generosity, kindness and patience to everyone.  Check-in (within the social-distancing guidelines) with not only your loved ones but people who are sometimes forgotten about.
