    • Make an origami "balloon"

These are cool.  You need to start with a SQUARE piece of paper.  NOT rectangle shaped paper.  Square paper is equal length on all 4 sides.

    • Make yarn pom-poms

Yarn pom-poms are fun and easy to make!  Im gonna post a few links to different ways to make pom poms.  If you look closely when ur done, you will see a pom-pom resembles an image we've been seeing a lot in the media lately!  You can get creative and glue a bunch of pompoms to a piece of cardboard cut into the shape of the first letter of your name.  I used to make these with my mom a loooooong time ago.
