Erie Royals fall sports conditioning schedules beginning Monday, August 10

Cross Country:
Mon-Friday from 7:30 am – 9:00 am at Frontier Park kiosk next to playground on 6th Street. 
 
Girls Soccer:
Conditioning at Vets Stadium -- please enter on 26th Street at the West Tunnel. Players must wear a mask, bring shinguards, a dark and a light shirt and water. Temperatures will be taken upon arrival.

Mon 8-10: 5-6:30
Tues 8-11: off
Wed 8-12: 5-6:15
Thurs 8-13: 5-6:30 boys and girls
Fri 8-14: 5-6:30
 
The week of the 17th:
Mon 8-17: 5-6:30
Tues 8-18: off
Wed 8-19: 5-6:30
Thurs 8-20: 5-6:30
Fri 8-21: 5-6:30
 
Boys soccer:
 
All conditioning will take place at Vets Stadium.
 
Mon 8-10 - 6:30-8pm
Tue: 8-11 - 5-6:15pm
Wed: 8-12 - OFF
Thurs: 8-13 - 5-6:30pm
Fri: 8-14 - 6:30-8pm
Sat: 8-15 - off

Volleyball:
 
Volleyball workouts will take place on the Strong Vincent football field. Please enter on the Weschler side of the building for screening.

Pod 3 - any athlete that did not play last year
