(May 10, 2018) -- Erie’s Public Schools is in the final stages of completing its strategic planning process, which began in January 2018. The district developed the strategic plan by using input from community leaders and the public. The plan includes six “game-changing” target areas such as increasing graduation rates, boosting reading proficiency and increasing student attendance rates.
