On March 21-23, Collegiate Academy students Iman Becirbasic, Riley Gloystein, Henry Moffatt, and Ava West participated in the PMEA Western Region Orchestra Festival at Butler Intermediate High School in Butler, PA. Click here to view a gallery of photos from the event.

 

The students completed an audition for a chance to move on to the PMEA All-State Orchestra Festival on April 18-20 in Erie, PA. Iman and Henry ranked high enough to earn a seat in the All-State Orchestra and will get to play with the top orchestra musicians from the entire state of Pennsylvania. 

 

Iman and Henry also qualify to audition to participate in the NAfME Eastern Division Honors Orchestra, which will be held in 2025. 

 

All four students will automatically return to the PMEA District Orchestra Festival next year. Congratulations to these outstanding musicians!
