The HERD showed up and showed out once again🐴💙💚. Full of love, support, and Bronco pride. We didn’t bring home the championship trophy but we won so much more.
We won discipline.
We won growth.
We won teamwork.
We won character.
Thank you to our incredible coaching staff for building leaders on and off the court. What we’re building at Jefferson is bigger than a title. This is culture.

Celebrating the sweetness of tradition this Black History Month ❤️
Today we shared some beloved desserts that have long been staples in Black communities: rich cheesecake, warm blackberry and peach cobbler, classic banana pudding, homemade sweet potato pie, and buttery pound cake. These recipes have been passed down through generations, bringing families together around kitchen tables and Sunday dinners. Food tells a story of resilience, creativity, culture, and love. We’re grateful to honor that history (and enjoy a little sweetness together!).

Donuts with Dudes was a sweet success this morning!
We welcomed 110 participants who showed up bright and early to enjoy donuts, smiles, and meaningful time together. It was powerful to see so many fathers, grandfathers, uncles, brothers, and mentors filling our school with love and support.
Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the morning so special. We are excited about the continued partnership between home and school and look forward to even more moments like this! #CommunitySchoolsInAction #JeffersonBroncos

The efforts and contributions of many African American educators and community leaders have helped Erie's Public Schools to become the district it is today. Thank you to all of the amazing individuals who help us continue #buildingexcellencetogether! We are especially grateful for our superintendent, Dr. Natalyn Gibbs, who is dedicated to bringing the community together and supporting our students and their families.

This month our students are learning about the important African American figures throughout history. You can stay up to date on what they are doing each week to celebrate Black History Month by visiting our website: https://www.eriesd.org/blackhistory.

Black History Month.
Please be aware that due to the severe lake effect snow and dangerously cold temperatures (real feel below zero), we have made the decision to postpone Family Game Night scheduled for tonight in the interest of keeping our students, families, and staff safe.
We know many of you were looking forward to this event, and we apologize for any inconvenience. A new date will be shared soon once weather conditions improve.
Please stay safe, stay warm, and we look forward to welcoming you soon for a fun family night when travel is safer.
Thank you!

This week is Safe Stop Week! You may see police vehicles following a school bus; they are ensuring the community is practicing safe driving around school buses.
Please remember to stop when buses have flashing red lights and stop arms extended. Also, slow down when near buses to watch for children.
