Erie’s Public Schools is launching a new honorary District Historian program to help preserve and share the stories of our schools, students, and community.
In this two-year role, the Historian will:
Propose and lead a unifying project that connects our past with today’s students
Collaborate with schools, students, and community partners
Produce content like articles, oral histories, exhibits, or podcasts that showcase our district’s legacy
Honorarium: $2,500 per year (plus project support)
