Cadence, Collegiate Academy's premier dance ensemble, released a dance-for-camera short film titled "Art of Every Step," featuring pieces choreographed by current and alumni dance students Elizabeth Borczon, Hannah Filbeck, Amelia Salter and Addison Twohig, with additional movements created by dance director Kristen Weibel and other dance students. The film features Luz Andino, Elizabeth Borczon, Carlyawna Dunmore, Isabella Hernandez, Alexis Lydic, Derionna Price, Alina Quinn, and Addison Twohig.
The film was funded through a grant from the Foundation for Erie's Public Schools, and it was filmed and edited by local filmmaker Jesse James. The film premiered at Collegiate Academy's dance showcase on May 1.
