October is here, and we’re challenging our Colonels to SHOW UP, STAY ON TRACK & EARN SOME FUN! 🙌🏽🎉
From October 1st–30th, students can earn the opportunity to participate in our Attendance BINGO on Wednesday, November 4th! 🎯
To qualify, students must have:
🍎 1 or fewer EXCUSED absences
✅ NO UNEXCUSED absences
⏰ NO UNEXCUSED tardies
📚 NO CLASS CUTS
🎉 AND THERE’S SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR OUR AWESOME PARENTS, TOO!
If your child meets the requirements to earn Attendance BINGO, their name will also be entered into a raffle! 🎟️
15 students will be randomly selected, and two adults per selected student will be invited to attend our newly created Academic/Attendance Excellence Parent Dinner Celebration! 🍽️🏆❤️🖤
This special evening is our way of saying THANK YOU to our AWESOME parents and guardians for supporting their student’s attendance and academic success! 🌟
Our Academic/Attendance Excellence Parent Dinner Celebration will take place every quarter, in the evening at a local restaurant.
❤️ Please note: This is an ADULT-ONLY celebration. Each selected student may have two adults attend the dinner in their honor.

Strong Vincent Middle School Families,
We recently shared that the district is working to strengthen collaboration among schools, families, and community partners to better support student success. As part of this effort, we are reviewing how extended day programs are planned, coordinated, and supported across the district.
As this review moves forward, some programs funded or coordinated through United Way of Erie County will be paused, while district-coordinated programming will continue.
The following programs will continue at Strong Vincent:
• Student Council
• Newspaper
• Bell Choir
• Model UN
• Garden Club
• Band Club
Information about any additional extended day programs will be shared as they become available.

Morning routines are in full effect. If your child forgets or loses their electronics pouch, all they have to do is come in door number three and see Mrs. Sandberg. Our Colonels are ROCKING IT!

Due to construction at SV, our first pantry day will be Friday, October 2nd.
