Mrs Evanoff’s class finished their knowledge unit on Immigration. They learned about coming to the United States and becoming a naturalized citizen. 🇺🇸💙🤍❤️

Meet Summer Hope 🐶☀️

Summer is a certified therapy dog with Therapy Dogs United! Alongside her handler, Susan, she recently spent time visiting our Kindergarten and 1st grade students here at Connell. The students loved the opportunity to interact with Summer and learn more about the important role therapy dogs play in supporting others.

Therapy dogs provide comfort, encouragement, and emotional support to individuals with a variety of specialized needs, and we are so thankful for Summer and Susan’s special visit! 💛

Students will choose a staff member they’d like to see get “pied” and place their tickets in that person’s bucket. The more tickets, the better the chances!

🥧 Pie Days: May 21st & May 22nd
If your ticket is drawn… YOU get to pie them!

👟 Who gets pied?
The top 5 teachers/staff from K-2 and 5 teachers/staff from 3-5.

All proceeds go directly toward making our End-of-Year Carnival an amazing experience for our students!
