Today we celebrated Eid al-Fitr with our Muslim students at Harding to recognize the end of Ramadan. Thank you to Bakery On 5th for our beautiful cake, Erie's Public Schools for our books and United Way of Erie County for making the event possible. Celebrating the diverse cultures that make up our Harding family is an important part of making sure all students feel welcome, loved and valued.

We are excited to welcome Mr. Rob Lingo to Harding as our new Apprentice Assistance Principal! Mr. Lingo joins us from East Middle School, where he most recently worked as an 8th grade Social Studies teacher. While there, he was a valued member of the East team - coaching basketball, leading Model UN and contributing on multiple committees.
While Mr. Lingo is new to his administrator role, he is not new to Harding. He taught here back when our school went up to 8th grade and he even guest starred as one of our SAIL summer program administrators in 2023! We are excited to have Mr. Lingo back with us as a Harding Dragon again and he looks forward to working with all of our students, teachers and families!

A friendly reminder that school starts at 8:00 AM and ends at 2:30 PM. Every minute matters — arriving late or leaving early adds up and affects your child’s attendance. Being on time helps your student make the most of every learning opportunity! Thank you to our families for all you do to prioritize school attendance - all day, every day!
