Save the Date for the "Dragon Showcase: An Evening Celebrating Art & Music"!
May 21, 2026 from 6:00-7:00 PM
**Students who are performing should arrive between 5:30-5:45 PM (4th & 5th grade band & chorus, Drumming Dragons students)**

YOU’RE INVITED!

The evening will begin in the auditorium with brief performances by our 4th and 5th grade Band and Chorus students, along with a performance from students in our Drumming Dragons after-school program.
Following the performances, guests will enjoy a special Gallery Walk, beginning in the main lobby and continuing throughout the first floor.
Each student (PK-5) has selected one piece of artwork from the school year to display.
The gallery walk will lead guests through the building to the library, and then continue down to the cafeteria, where light snacks and refreshments will be available, while supplies last.
We look forward to celebrating the creativity and talents of our Harding Dragons with you!

Our final PTO meeting of the school year will be held next Wednesday, May 20th. Let's wrap up the school year with a thank you dinner for our fabulous parents and caregivers who are involved in our PTO and begin planning for the 26-27 school year!

Teacher Appreciation Week started strong today with "Music Monday" and our "Pump up the JAM" Breakfast for teachers and staff. We loved seeing the 90's looks today - especially from our principal, Mrs. Farnham. Tomorrow is "Grunge Day".💜💚🎤

The end of the school year may be coming soon, but every day of school is just as important now as ever! Students who attend on time, all day, every day in MAY will be entered into a drawing for a summer prize bag to be given out on May 29th!

The annual PTO fundraiser is here - the Waldameer Season Pass Raffle.
Each student will receive an envelope with 10 tickets to take home on Monday, May 4th. These are raffle tickets for a chance to win 4 season passes to Waldameer. Here are the details:

Next week is Teacher Appreciation Week and we are going back to the 90's! Each day, we will be celebrating our teachers and staff with fun 90's themed treats - as well has having a Spirit Week. Students are invited to participate as well, so here are the details!
5/4 - Music Monday: Show off your best 90's music star-inspired look.
5/5 - Grunge Day: 90's grunge style, flannels, layers, band tees.
5/6 - "All That" Accessories Wednesday: Pile on the 90's accessories - butterfly clips, fanny packs, bucket hats & more.
5/7 - Throwback Thursday: Channel your favorite 90's celebrity
5/8 - Hip Hop Hooray Friday: Dress in classic 90's trends like overalls, tracksuits, neon colors and bold patterns.

PSSA testing continues this week with Math today and tomorrow for 3rd-5th graders and Science testing Wednesday and Thursday for 5th grade only. Make up PSSA testing will continue throughout the week as well. Hang in there, Dragons! You've got this!💜💚
