Meet our SWPBIS team! 💙💛
This dedicated group works behind the scenes to make sure our school is a positive, supportive place for every student and staff member. They consistently use data to guide decisions and tailor supports to meet the needs of our diverse learners.
As of right now our school is a Tier 1 Sustaining status through SWPBIS. This means we have strong, school-wide systems in place that promote positive behavior, set clear expectations, and create a safe and respectful learning environment for all students. “Sustaining” status recognizes that these practices aren’t just in place—they’re being used consistently and effectively over time.
Because of this work, students benefit from clear expectations, consistent support, and a school culture focused on growth, respect, and success.
Thank you to our SWPBIS team for their passion, commitment, and the important role they play in helping our school run smoothly each and every day!
The team includes — Tiffani Rossi (not pictured), Deb Proctor, Laura Misko, Stacey Nicklas, Karen Chludzinski, Christina Lachica, Mel Fromyer, Carla Harmon and Betsy Haffley!
If you’re interested in becoming a parent rep for our team for the 26-27 school year, please email Miss Lachica, clachica@eriesd.org

Mrs. Mackowski’s class has been learning about the building blocks of life, cells! 🧬 They discovered that without cells, there would be no tissues, organs, or body systems, meaning our bodies couldn’t function at all. They explored different types of cells and even created candy models to bring their learning to life. A sweet and engaging way to learn about our human bodies!
