What an inspiring day! Our 4th grade classes visited the Erie Art Museum Tuesday as part of the Erie Arts and Culture Educational Passport program. Classes were guided through some of the museum's exhibits and then had chance to create artwork using the technique of that exhibit's artist such exploring sketching like Frank Novel.

If you would like to explore more art in our neighborhood, check out these sites:

3rd Grade began this year's journey on their Erie Arts and Culture Educational Passport program last week with a visit from Robert Lewis Storyteller , a uniquely entertaining Cherokee storyteller! Mr. Lewis uses a highly interactive and entertaining style to pass down some of his culture's stories sprinkled with a few life lessons. Next up for them is a workshop at school with the Hagen History Museum and then a field trip to the museum.
