    NPR Music is compiling a list of live audio and video streams from around the world, categorized by date and genre, with links out to streaming platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Some will require registration or a subscription, but most will be free.

     

    If you dont have a Spotify account, do yourself a favor and please sign up for one, they have a free option. There have been some ammusing playlists created that try to bring a little fun to this situation. And music is just good in general.

     

    Billboards webpage is starting to keep track of live streams as well as posted concerts as they come up.  Im sure its not everything that is out there, but its a start!

    LinkedIn is opening up 16 of its learning courses for free. Courses that provide tips on how to stay productive, build relationships when you’re not face-to-face, use virtual meeting tools and balance family and work dynamics in a healthy way. 

     

    SLING TV is providing news, plus thousands of shows and movies for the whole family, with no paid SLING TV account required.

Right now, they're offering free access to all K-12 teachers, school administrators, and supporting staff in the U.S. as well as healthcare professionals.  A collection of content called Weathering the Storm is also available free to everyone.

     

    During this extraordinary and difficult time, the Metropolitan Opera hopes to brighten the lives of our audience members even while our stage is dark. Each day, a different encore presentation from the company’s Live in HD series is being made available for free streaming on the Met website, with each performance available for a period of 23 hours, from 7:30 p.m. EDT until 6:30 p.m. the following day.
