Students are screened yearly for their height, weight, and vision.

Their hearing is checked in grades K, 1, 2, 3, 7, and 11, or if there are concerns related to their hearing.

Scoliosis screenings are performed in grades 6 and 7.

These screenings are state-mandated. Parents may opt out by notifying the school nurse.

Physicals are required for students in grades K or 1, 6, 11, and any new student enrolled in the district.
