     *What can you do during this school closure?  READ, READ, READ!  You can visit this website, www.ARbookfind.com ,to check the reading level of any book you may have at your house.  If you do not have your AR folder or remember your level, please email me!  (My email address is at the top of this page.) I will get back to you as quickly as I can with the information that you need.

    If you have a younger brother or sister, you can help them read these stories....  or even read to them.  Your parents will thank you for helping them learn too!

    Unite Books are short, colorful, and easy to understand with picture/text format and narration in home languages. New books and languages are added every month. Listen to narrations in more than 40 languages – great for dual language children and families!

     
     
    This link will also take you to activities geared toward younger students.  Sit down with your younger brother/sister and read with them!  They will love it. 

    Storyline Online streams videos featuring celebrated actors reading children’s books alongside creatively produced illustrations. Each book includes supplemental curriculum developed by a credentialed elementary educator, aiming to strengthen comprehension and verbal and written skills for English-language learners.
