Happy Administrative Professionals Day 🌟
Today we recognize the administrative professionals in our district who help keep our schools running smoothly. Your organization, problem-solving skills, and welcoming presence make a huge difference.
Thank you for the many ways you support our schools, both behind the scenes and on the front lines. Your work does not go unnoticed and is appreciated!

This week, we celebrate Volunteer Appreciation Week 💙 Our schools are stronger because volunteers give their time, energy, and care without compensation. However you support our staff, students, and families, you make a difference every day in many ways.
Thank you for #BuildingExcellenceTogether

✏️It’s that time of year again! PSSA testing is just around the corner, taking place from Monday, April 20th through Friday, May 1st.
A few reminders to help students do their best:
- Get a good night’s sleep
- Use the strategies you have learned to answer questions
- Arrive at school on time, every day
A special note for parents: Please avoid unexcused absences and try not to schedule appointments during testing!
🍎We wish you all the best!

🍵We have some tea to spill!
Yesterday, 5th-grade students at Lincoln Elementary School participated in the Shakespeare Residency Performance program that is led by Marquis Wallace. This program works with Anansi Collaborations to align with what students are learning in class and put it into practice on stage. Students were able to pretend that they were on a show called "Spill that Tea" and act. The joy and excitement these students had was unexplainable.
Thank you to Anansi Collaborations for partnering with Lincoln Elementary School to provide our students with a hands-on experience and to "spill some tea". 😉

THANK YOU to the many members of our village who elevated their voices to help us sharpen our focus and define our path ahead: Staff. Students. Parents. Business leaders and community partners. You ALL own a piece of our future, and it’s up to all of us to turn this plan into action. We’re developing an implementation plan to do just that.
Read how we’re going to get there - together - at eriesd.org/strategicplan. #BuildingExcellenceTogether #WeBelieve
