        The school year 2023-2024 will begin my twenty-sixth year of teaching. Twenty-five of those years have been in fourth grade!  I received my bachelor's and master's degrees from Gannon University.  I have been married to my husband, Lance, for 20 years.  He works for Erie's Public Schools as a case manager in the parenting program .  He is also the girls' basketball coach at Erie High School.  I have 1 daughter and 2 sons.  My daughter, Mela, is 18 years old and is studying Pre-Law at Pitt University.  My oldest son, Jordan, is 15 years old and will be a sophomore at McDowell Intermediate High School.  My youngest son, Grayson, is almost 8 years old and he is going into second grade at Grandview Elementary.  We have a goldendoodle named Sophie.  My daughter is studying to become a lawyer and is also certified to do hair and make-up.  My son, Jordan, plays football and basketball.  Grayson plays flag football and will play basketball in the winter.
         
         I enjoy baking cakes and cupcakes, as you can see from the photos below.  I also love doing crafts and making different projects that I find on my favorite place, Pinterest.  My family and I enjoy spending time together and we have family dinner every Sunday with my parents.  It is a tradition that I enjoyed when I was a child, and I am so glad that my own children get to enjoy it also!
