• FBLA/Business Club

    Advisor: Dana Fracassi

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is the largest student organization in the world for high-school students who are interested in business related careers.

At Collegiate Academy, we learn how to lead and participate in group discussions by engaging in practical problem solving, community service, and decision-making activities. FBLA members at our school learn the value of competition through directed competitive events (only one event is permitted per member). Events are in areas that include but are not limited to the following:

    • Accounting
    • Business Law
    • Communication & Public Speaking
    • Social Media
    • Computation & Mathematics
    • Economics & Personal Finance
    • Entrepreneurship
    • Information Technology
    • International Business
    • Agriculture
    • Business Management & Administration
    • Finance
    • Human Services
    • Marketing & Sales
    • S.T.E.M.

Every year, there is a Regional Leadership Conference where the competitive events are held. For the top three winners in each category, there will be an opportunity to attend the States Leadership Conference in Hershey, PA in order to qualify for Nationals. The FBLA team will visit the Hershey Chocolate Factory, attend workshops regarding business, and travel in the area again.

The FBLA/Business Club meets every other week. Join us to learn more about business, listen to guest speakers, and most importantly, to have fun and make friends!
