• Friends of the Northwest Pennsylvania Collegiate Academy JROTC Pride Battalion:
     
    We are getting ready for the biggest and best Ruck for Life event yet!  
     
    This event will benefit the Liberty House and other EUMA charities.  The Liberty House is a transitional housing program for homeless Veterans. Working in collaboration with the US Department of Veterans Affairs, Liberty House is the only transitional program in Erie County specifically for homeless Veterans.

    The basic details for this event are:

    • When: Saturday, October 7, 2023 - Check in starts at 8:30, event starts at 9:00
    • Where: Erie, PA Bicentennial Tower
    • Who: Everyone is welcome to attend
    • What to bring: Donations in a 13-gallon trash bag placed inside a backpack or bookbag. (See the list of recommended donations to the right.) Some examples of donations are: coffee, clothing (in new condition), personal hygiene items and toiletries, cleaning supplies, non-perishable foods, and bedding items.    
    We would like to invite you, your families, and your friends to come join us. Details can be found in the attached flyer.
     
    If you cannot join us, but would still like to help, we will still accept any donations. Simply collect what you can from family, friends or neighbors and send it in with your student or drop it off at the school anytime during the school day.  
     
    Please note that we are not able to accept cash or money donations.
