    Please go to google classroom and sign up (A-1 - q37e4hv   A-4 - 5pklj4h) and try out different home cardio workouts that keep you in your Target Heart Rate Zone.  There are many of your classmates who have yet to sign up so spread the word to enroll.  Also, if you are 1 of 13 people who did not take the cardiovascular quiz in early March you need to take that quiz soon. 

     Week of MARCH 23rd

    Please join my remind for daily lesson plans  wf2-4A.  For the week of March 23rd the physical fitness portion will be on remind.  For the health portion of the class, there are some great youtube videos on "The Truth about Drugs"  The entire video is 1 hour and 47 minutes.  Please watch 1 or 2 segments per day and journal any thoughts for reflection. www.drugfreeworld.org

    Week of March 3oth 

    For the week of March 30th please continue with more segments from "The Truth about Drugs".  Remember when we learned that Wellness is "never static but always changing" and Wellness is "striving for balance of the 6 health components"(Social, Emotional, Physical, Emotional, Spiritual and Environmental).  Well, this present time is proving those statements to be very true.  AND NOW THE GOOD NEWS, our Country, States, Cities, Communities, Schools, and Houses are overcoming these temporary new barriers to wellness.  "Alone - together" we will continue to work for Wellness.  So Stay Well my Collegiate Family.

     April 2nd 

    All Wellness II students should join my remind (wf2-4A) and Google Classroom (A-1 - q37e4hv   A-4 - 5pklj4h), as well as, continue in School Wire for announcements.  In a few weeks (April 20th) we will begin assignments in google classroom but you can post any questions starting on April 3rd.  Thanks.

    We are still in the enrichment phase of lessons so please continue to view more segments at www.drugfreeworld.org.  Also, please go to google classroom (A-1 - q37e4hv   A-4 - 5pklj4h) and leave a summary post about your fitness workouts since being at home.  Nothing elaborate and nothing embellished.
