• Week of April 20th

    Please let your classmates know that they need to enroll in our Comp. Wellness google classroom (A-3 gooe2wy, B-1 rufnww3, B-2 heidwkr, B-4 czdrca3). For you that already are enrolled go to classwork and try some of the workouts until you find the right  workout that is 1.) challenging and 2.) keeps you in your Target Heart Rate Zone. 

     

    Please join my remind for daily lesson plans   wf2-4A.  Our nation is social distancing so you will need to compete physically with your own physical fitness levels.  Thank you.

     For the week of March 30th please continue to find new and creative ways for physical fitness.  Set short term goals to keeping fit until we are back at school.  I can't believe I am saying this but I miss that gym.  We will probably eliminate the unit on basketball and start the soccer unit whenever we return to school.  Stay Well.

    April 2nd 

    All Competitive Wellness Students should join my remind (wf2-4A) and Google Classroom (A-3 gooe2wy, B-1 rufnww3, B-2 heidwkr, B-4 czdrca3), as well as, continue in School Wire for announcements.  In a few weeks (April 20th) we will begin assignments in google classroom but you can post any questions starting on April 3rd.  Thanks.

    Week of April 6th

    We are still in the enrichment phase of lessons so please continue to find ways to get 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training at least 3 times a week.  Also, please go to google classroom 

    (A-3 gooe2wy, B-1 rufnww3, B-2 heidwkr, B-4 czdrca3) and leave a summary post about your fitness workouts since being at home.  Nothing elaborate and nothing embellished.
