Elena Prenovitz
Elena was one of 10 students nationwide to be elected to the Keep
America Beautiful Youth Advisory Council. She will be attending the National
Conference in Orlando, Florida at the end of January and will also be working
on a three-phase program throughout the year via monthly conference calls with the
YAC members.
In addition to her work with the Green Team and the recycling
program at Collegiate, Elena trains two–three hours a day, six days a week on her
tennis and competes year round in U.S.T.A. Sectional tennis tournaments. She
does all of this while taking five AP level courses and two foreign languages.
