    Hello! I’m Chad Teixeira, a Social Studies instructor at Erie High School.

    I bring a background in philosophy and political science, along with a Master’s degree in Education. I am certified in both Social Studies and English, and I’m passionate about helping students explore history in meaningful ways that connect to the world around them.

    This year, I’m especially excited to be teaching credit recovery courses. My goal is to provide every student with the support they need to succeed and to help them grow into their best and most confident selves.

    To ensure students have the resources they need, I offer extra help sessions on Mondays from 8:00–8:30 a.m., and I am also available by appointment at other times. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—I look forward to a successful and rewarding year of learning together!
