    I just wanted to let you guys know that I miss you all sooooo much! I realize how much I look forward to coming to school everyday to see your beautiful, smiling faces. Each one of you have impacted my life in such a positive way and I wouldn't trade anything. You are important! I have started to use REMIND so that we can communicate with each other.     Keep up with your physical activity. This is the perfect time to take advantage of starting a new workout routine. If its using bodyweight exercises (push ups, planks, crunches, etc.) or even taking a short walk, don't let this awkward time make you a couch potato! If you need workouts specific to you, just let me know! I would be happy to help you!

     

    Most importantly, keep yourself healthy. As much as we want to leave the house and be with our friends,  it is crucial that we be smart and stay home. Ultimately, once this virus is reduced we can come back to school! REMEMBER, ROYALS ARE RESILIENT!
