• One-to-One Technology Initiative

    The following documentation outlines the procedures and protocols for the Erie's Public Schools 1-1 technology initiative for the 2025 – 2026 school year.  If you have any questions regarding the following procedures, please contact the IT Department at 874-6181.

    2025-2026 Student Device Agreement Form
    The parent signature process will remain the same with the 2025-2026 Student Device Agreement Form.  The parent will only need to sign the form one time for the entire school year.  If a student kept their device from last year, a new 2025-2026 Student Device Agreement Form only needs to be completed if the student needs a new/replacement device.

    Student Device Returns Procedure
    This documentation contains the steps that need to be completed for all returned district-assigned student devices, lost or stolen devices, issuing a replacement device, and completing obligations.

    Device Return Form
    A Device Return Form (DRF) should be completed for ALL returned devices.  A form should also be completed and returned to the IT Department for ALL lost/stolen devices.
