Clearances & Copies of Clearances
All clearances must be submitted to HR through Comply. Click HERE to learn how to use Comply and how to submit clearances.

Act 34 PA Criminal Background Check
Human Resources does not release copies of clearances, it is the employees' responsibility to retain a copy for their own records.
If an employee wants/needs copies of their clearances, instructions to print/retrieve are below:
Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance - Log into the original website, HERE. Enter your account credentials that you created initially. Once logged in, you will see the option to print your clearance.
Act 34 PA Criminal Background Check - Use the original website, HERE. Select "check the status of a record check". You received an email from the state upon creation of your application. Search your email for the term “epatch”. You will find your Control Number and date of application. Populate the fields and select SEARCH. You should be able to recreate your clearance, if less than 1 year old.
FBI - Send Human Resources your UEID number and we will retrieve it. You can search your email for the term “identogo”.
- For FBI copies, schedule an appointment with Human Resources to come pick up the copy. You will need to sign off a dissemination log before HR releases the clearance.

Employee Changes (Name, Address, Phone, Email)
Any employee changes regarding the following: Name, Address, Phone Number, or Email must be submitted through to the Human Resource Department. Sending changes through Human Resources ensures that all parties involved (Insurance companies, PSERS, and the IT Dept) are notified of your changes to update any records.
If you have a change please fill out this FORM, and send it to Haley Stallsmith, hstallsmith@eriesd.org.

Jury Duty
If you are summoned for Jury Duty please enter your day into Frontline. It will not let you pick "Jury Duty" please enter it as a personal day.
- If you do not need to report for Jury Duty call Human Resources (814) 874-6080, we will cancel your absence.
- If you do not need to report but want the day off, you do not need to do anything and you will be charged for the personal day.
- If you do need to report for Jury Duty send your Jury Duty notification letter to Patty Sciarrilli, psciarrilli@eriesd.org.
- She will then flip your personal day to "Jury Duty" so you are not charged the personal day.
- Send a check to Maureen Walls (mwalls@eriesd.org) per your contract.
