    In a school district that has produced so many community leaders and luminaries, Bruce Morton Wright stands out. 

    A Strong Vincent High School graduate, Morton Wright would become the music director and an instructor of fine arts at Gannon University. He was also the director/conductor of the Erie Chamber Orchestra and the director/conductor of the Erie Opera Theater, among other organizations.

    His music took him around the world, including Vienna and Columbia. Read more about his life and contributions here.
