Grade 9 and 10
This class is required for all freshmen. Begin the journey to vibrant health with this interactive wellness and physical education course. We will focus on the Five Levels of Intensity, nutrition basics, bones and muscles, the Five Components of Fitness, team games/sports and individual athletic skills, fitness center protocol, and safety guidelines. Students will also begin the first segment of our F.L.A.S.H Curriculum (Family Living and Sexual Health) and our H.E.L.P. Suicide Prevention curriculum.
